  1. Past hour
  2. Hmmm...AFD with Izzy and Steven doing a few shows ?? Dunno, think there's probably be a straight divide within here for either..... I would for sure want an album above all else, personally ...where it would light a fire....it definitely would boast things, by freshening up the set and the process of learning new songs, may affect the whole set in a positive way, deleting some of the staleness....it can only be a good thing...and while I wouldn't expect a proper worldwide publicity tour, I'm sure ONE interview and a special performance here or there may accompany an album if a good amount of $$$ is thrown their way...
  3. Always great to see a new Axl pic! I'm so dumb though, with the pants and shoes it looked like he'd been doing some manual labor. I should have known the pants were made that way
  4. Today
  5. What's more likely? Them coming back with a new album and a fire lit under them, or waiting until 2027 to do yet another AFD anniversary tour?
  6. Well, the court people in the Kennedy case have hired an investigator now to trace Axl. He has to dress low-key Joking aside, I think the pants are cute. Well, for $1750 they have to.
  7. I think Thousand Oaks is just one of the "business addresses" (basically the address of managing company that manages Axl's business affairs - Axl is just one of their clients) that appeared in registrations for Axl's companies and that's why all these pages have it. EDIT: I see there are two Thousand Oaks addresses in the skip tracing document, one is the business address and the other looks to be a house. In various database it looks like the resident of the house is Beta's other son.
  8. Gilmour announced a new record and live shows! I will be definitely doing everything I can to attend one of his USA shows when they get announced
  9. Thought the Montana house was a gift from Axl to Beta. He lives in Malibu but as you can see when you scroll back through this thread or view the court files, the people attempting to serve him the papers were told by staff that Axl is not the resident but Beta. And it's on file that Malibu is not his primary residence. A while back I came across a page (not related to the case though, it was a genealogy page) where they had listed three residence addresses for him. Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and one on Sunset. Don't know what the source of this page is though. I thought the Thousand Oaks house was Beta's and her family's main residence but I could imagine that they may use this for the court case too, since they denied that Malibu is his main residence. But what do we know, I guess we'll see how the drama (spying on Axl, door definitions... LOL) keeps unfolding.
  10. For him to be "sure" that the GNR album is gonna be original songs...that can only be A) they've already recorded some work for it and he and Axl have had that discussion of how it should be formed B) the GNR leftovers being tossed out at us, is just a tide over and never planned to be part of an official full album C) He has told Axl that he will only work on original material for an LP that they both collaborated from scratch on* *Makes sense TBH. I'm sure Axl IF/When he decides to put out a new Guns record knows that after that (whatever it will be) humongous wait, it can't just be an album of songs he made 30 years ago! That would fail on sight...So the leftovers are fine, as little throw out ditties and perhaps a club membership EP signup or shop buy....but if a new album comes, it will almost certainly be, a Duff/Slash/Axl from the ground up original piece...with additional work from 4Tus/Dizzy/Melissa/Frank ... AND all the better for it, to give it best chance of something cohesive and well formed! 🤞
  11. The rumours that after that last gig in 2023 it would be a long hiatus becoming more real by the minute.... Listen, as long as when they come back, it's rejuvenated and with something new, that's ok and preferable for moi!
  12. Somewhere a pantless Ronald McDonald is unconscious in an alleyway around the corner. I can relate to not knowing what style to pick for the day but Axl seems to have picked about 5 to ware at the same time.
  13. Yes, but for the purpose of this lawsuit, he doesn't.

  15. Vanessa owns a home in Montana. Axl still lives in Malibu
  16. he names his touring company after Gundam, and he's wearing a shirt with Misa Amane on it. Maybe he's binging episodes of anime when he's not on tour
  17. Don't let them lawyers listen to "Knocking on Heaven's Door" Cause according to the Bible that thing is also a gate...
  18. I found a copy today in the RSD leftover bin! sadly also at full price. But I still bought it.
  19. The outcome of the motion (the part concerning the service) won't really amount to much, because even if the judge agrees with Axl's lawyers that the documents were not served properly, she will probably grant extended time for Kennedy's lawyers to serve it. Or, if the judge denies the part of the motion about the service but grants the part of the motion about the dismissal of some of the causes of action, Kennedy's lawyers will be able to file an amended complaint (that will replace the original one) and serve that. So, maybe the non-service part of the motion is just lawyer tactics to achieve something else.
  20. If I was scrolling by and saw this posted by the Stones I would have truly assumed that that was just Ronnie Wood standing with Bernard.
  21. I'm not a lawyer, I have no idea lol. I just thought copy and pasting the definition of a door was silly, like something a kid would do and think it's a big gotcha. Just not something I'd expect to see in a legal document
  22. Wild to see Axl in a Deathnote shirt. Also Queens of the Stone Age are a great band. One of the best
  23. Perhaps the error was buying two of the same shirt
