  1. It's an internal GNR joke. One of the excuses Fn'ando once used as to why they haven't released an album.
  2. Seriously not even a tiniest interesting bit? Man...
  3. Both. It may essentially be like with CD. We'll have known some of the songs by then, but there'll be a couple of new (I mean previously unheard) tunes as well. That would be a good solution. Putting absolutely everything out as singles and then just releasing it all in a single package without any added value would be weird and probably not too economical either.
  4. They could sit down and say look Axl, fuck this mystery bullshit already, let’s start communicating with the fans properly and try functioning as a normal band for once. They deserve it after all; we’ve been milking the past for steep prices for almost a decade now, so how about we throw them some bone? Or, you know, something like that from the fantasy realm.
  5. Or, hear me out, he could do it for free. On his social media. Or a forum. And, indeed, what is it he's allowed to say anyway. Well, good luck to whoever is participating.
  6. It hasn't, has it. The reviewers don't follow the band fo years like we do. It's 2023 Axl, no huge differences or drastic shifts up or down.
  7. My 2 cents are that One, With or Without You, When the Streets Have No Name, Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For, and probably Sunday Bloody Sunday are songs that are impossible to not know or at least have heard of. Other than that, I basically like the music but am not exactly a fan of the band. To me, it’s something I’d call "radio matter". Kudos to Bono for whatever good he does for the world... or something like that, whatever, Idk.

  9. I kinda broke off at the first episode, so now I have a marathon of four ahead of me!
  10. Setlist is a reliable source after maybe a day or so but definitely not while the show is going on. They should ban those trolls.
  11. Yes yes, let’s not get into that old playlist debate; they’ve shaken things up recently (primarily perhaps to accommodate the selection to Axl’s current abilities – hence all the low-register songs), and yes, they’ve finally added some newer stuff, but a few 20-year old demos don’t change the fact they’ve been basically still doing NITL with alternations. Sure they’ll always play the big hits, but you can always take a look at how other bands do it – a few old tracks but mixed with a new album. We’re used to something completely different with GNR over the years, so we now think there’s like 10 to 15 songs that absolutely have to be played, and the rest may be filled with other stuff – while this is a complete nonsense. Maybe 5 songs. It’s all about new releases and their progressive incorporation. Which is a pickle in our case. Anyway, the point was that even if I’m not attending the show, the fact how they shake up the setlist over a tour leg affects directly whether or not I buy the ticket. Not to mention new music. As you were.
  12. Fair point, but just to add, some people base their ticket-buying decisions on how innovative/exciting the band (the playlist) is. Just saying. (Plus the fact they’ve been touring basically the same material for this long is their decision only. Nobody forced them to do that.)
  13. All I know is, if there will be any technical issues, organizer difficulties, or in-ear monitor problems, I know exactly which band this is going to be related to...
  14. A bit of tabloid, but... I didn’t know David Bowie once dated Slash’s mom (Ola Hudson), and one day Slash even kind of caught them in bed together. Your Friday trivia tidbit.
  15. Folks... I mean, kids. We've waited how long? When is the first mention of TG from? When did it start becoming a legend? Therefore, what's another few weeks, eh?
