Slash and Izzy hadn''t recorded together in forever, and you can hear their interaction together crystal clear on Ghost like it was old times.Just as it never went away with Duff, if Axl and Slash actually got over themselves and got on stage together it would be the same thing as what we saw with Duff last night. There's just something about it - you can feel the chemistry immediately. Axl even looks and sound better. One thing I immediately noticed is that he just looked and sounded more...energetic. His voice wasn't getting drowned out as much as it often does, either. It's weird but true.His vocal mix was a LOT higher than it normally is. He did sound top notch to boot. Old friends that have fallen out with each other often say very harsh things because they are hurt. Yet when they come face to face a lot of that tough talk and bitterness just melts away.Life is too short to be fighting with old friends. I bet both Axl and Duff feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off their shoulders.It would be great for them all if one day they could get together in a room and put the past behind them.Those are some wise words bro. NOBODY has the absolute right to claim that a reunion will or will not happen - we just don't know yet. It's that uncertainty that keeps me hopeful.And regarding Nice Boys - if you close your eyes and just listen, you'd be able to tell someone it was 1987 and they would believe you. Great performance.
