I have to go back to school shortly so I'll watch the rest when I get in. It's fun watching Fortus that close, he's a mad man. It's also nice to see I was playing his part in Shackler's correctly, the Chinese Democracy tab book had it in a different position but I was certain he played it all on the E string. Not a big deal, but now I know. After watching these clips, anybody who thinks Axl has lost his voice is high. Even when he goes clean it still sounds as powerful as ever. I was at the Roseland show...I'm definitely jealous you guys got My Michelle, Used To Love Her AND You're Crazy. I wish he would've broken out some other songs to play at each of the club shows instead of just at the Ritz, but oh well. Axl's screams in You're Crazy are badass. Glad you had a good time! PirateChick Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 I'm not even going to write a whole story for this one.This was the best show I've ever been to.I was at the first Hammerstein show where they debuted IRS, Better, and There Was A Time.I was at the last Hammerstein show where Izzy came up as a guest.I was at other amazing GN'R shows.Nothing compares to this fucking show.Insane.Incredible.Amazing.So fucking Up Close And Personal.I shook Axl Rose's hand three times.Bumblefoot's twice.Watch the It's So Easy video and you'll see how insane it was.At one point the whole crowd was chanting "GET IN THE RING!"And there was so much fucking crowd-surfing.Bumble loved it.Axl was in the best mood I've ever seen him.And so were the rest of the band.Perfect.Thanks for sharing!
