He was standing right in front of us in the pit between stage and audience when he escorted some german celebrities kids in and he keeps popping up on GNR related pictures time and time again.... until April, when I saw him at the Troubadour, I thought that he was Fernando. Like others said he's always in pictures with the young Lebeis so I guess he's a friend of them but I don't know what kind of job he does. Looks like something related with PR, nightclubs, hot women. He's surrounded of hot girls, models, if you check his Instagram it is all pics with those type of women. I don't know why he's part of Axl's entourage but a wild guess would be that he's a guy who knows the hot girls and the night clubs, since Axl likes to party, this guy must be the one who arranges the parties, takes Axl out to places and introduces him to hot women. I wouldn't say he is better than 86-93, but in 2016 with acdc he has moments where he sounds like 1986 or 1992. Axl needs to be on fire to sing like that and he needs to sing classic rock. The Instruments on cd were simply to high for Axls voice. And the songs are too difficult to sing...he sings the best on melodic classic rock. I always thought that...and axl is showing it with acdc right now. CD was a huge fault and slash was right in 1996 when he wanted to continue with dirty old Rock n Roll bavk then... I noticed his customized NITL Tour jacket with the Coachella sun on the back, "Andrei" embroidered on the front breast. He sat first class. I thought he was a Slash brother of some sort.
