I have that same problem.  I question it too sometimes, like why do i watch this shit so much?  I guess it amounts to human interest stories, the dark side of the human psyche and what people are capable of and what occurs in the human brain that leads people too doing fucked up things.  Perhaps I'm just trying to make my voyeurism out to be something more grand when it's like cheap tabloid curiosity.  It helps you understand human psyche i think.

I have an unsettling amount of greasy metaller characteristics if you think about it, dodgy banned movies, serial killer fascination   I used to go to school when fuckin' rave and dance and Jungle and Hardcore and all that was in but i liked fuckin' GnR and used to get SOOOOOO much fuckin' stick for it, Nirvana not so much cuz they were liked at least by a small group of people but NO ONE rated GnR, thats probably what it was, i was on my way to being a greasy metaller but it was stamped out in it's formative stages by the fact that metallers were just figures of ridicule round my way.  I'm closet metaller   The first Iron Maiden album i buy is gonna be a massive relief, sort of like what George Michael felt like when he just caved in and sucked someones dick

Denis Nielsen is another killer, quite similar to Dahmer, but never gets mentioned or even known about by most. Sued the prison service because they wouldn't allow him gay porn magazines whilst allowing straight magazines for others.

My mate Patrick was in jail with Nielsen, they used to flick spitballs at him and try and wind him up to get a reaction cuz he'd just sit there in silence.

It's funny, really. Nielsen has all of these bodies to his name, yet the average man in the street could batter him without breaking sweat. Being Scottish he probably deep fried all of his victims.

Apparently he kept sticking em down the drains and ended up stinking out half of Muswell Hill, the dozy cunt . I bet he was a fuckin' Tottenham supporter!

He only got caught because the drains got blocked with congealed fat and rotten flesh so the council sent someone around to take a look in the sewers. When they got there they noticed all of the meat and fat but didn't know what it was and they didn't have the equipment to take care of it then and there so came back the next day, only Nielsen had been down there in the night and cleaned it all up! That seemed suspicious so the rozzers were called and the rest is history.

Oh, another necrophile, lovely. But what is some of these killers fascination with dead body parts? I can see the relation between underdeveloped parts of the brain, or damage at the neural level, being responsible for lack of empathy and feeling divorced from humanity so to speak, that can allow one to kill another..and I think this is probably a likely explanation for many..but the need to eat body parts? Or keep it for sex later when it is putrefying and/or severed? That is just something "other", and I don't know if there could be a scientific explanation for that.

Dennis Nilsen wasn't a cannibal, just obsessed with the visualisation of death. It started, so he says, when he viewed his grandfather in his coffin during his wake. After he killed his victims he'd bathe them, sit with them and lie next to them whilst masturbating onto their corpses. When the bodies started to decompose he chopped them up and burned parts in the fire and flushed the flesh and offal down the drain. I think that people mistake him as a cannibal because he used a cooking pot to help boil the flesh away from the bones and break it down.

In a weird way, that's almost gentle and respectful no? Well, aside from the killing and chopping and such. He couldn't relate to living people, but if they were dead, he wanted a "relationship" with them.  Again, I just wonder, as we all do I guess, what separates these types of aberrant people from the rest of us. (not including @Len B'stard haha)
