I happen to love most of the "old band crap" as do the overwhelming majority of GnR fans and those who attend shows. I think if you took a poll of everybody who has attended GnR shows over the past decade and asked if they would rather hear "old band crap" as opposed to Sorry and CD, the results wouldn't even be close.I'm actually AGREEING with you though. I said that if I was managing the set-list for the band, they would play 6-to-8 CD songs per show.I could say that Axl had red hair and I swear a few of you would find some way to argue with me about it.I think they should play more CD songs than they do Appetite songs and Illusions songs, and am probably the only person in this thread who said that......but the only comment you and Volcano make are to disagree with me about a specific song or two. Even though Breakdown wasn't a hit it stands to reason that a good portion of the audience owns UYI 2 and would be familiar with the song.I'd love to hear dead horse as well.
