  1. I like Nothing. Kinda gives me the same vibe as Zep’s D’yer M’aker. If they finished working on the song, I hope Slash gives it more of a jam vibe, and the drums are replacee. It had potential, though.
  2. Yeah, cause at the time I only knew the most famous songs... like WTTJ, SCOM, PC, KOHD, Patience... I think I didn't even know Nightrain, probably. This album clicked right away and so I started listening to old GnR because of it.
  3. I remember buying it before even being a proper GnR fan, just because I saw it in the store and knew it was "the legendary album that never comes out, and has been in production for more than a decade". I put it in my car and got blown away. Especially when If The World and TWAT played. Became a fan that very day. I still love that album. Don't listen to it that much anymore, or to any GnR album for that matter, but I still consider it one of my favourite albums of all time.
  4. Holy shit one of the worst takes I've ever seen on these forums
  5. I made this, then I though it was in bad taste, then I wanted to post it but forgot.. now I'm just thinking what the hell
  6. Fuck if this delays the vinyl again somehow...
  7. It seems this has been said before, hasn't it? It's not easy to sue one of the most famous musicians in the world, who might have access to some of the best lawyers there are and to "anger" all of his fans. Especially in the 90s, when these cases meant nothing to public opinion and were more easily dismissed. Plus, it might be something she's struggling with to this day, trying to overcome, trying to turn the page, but after many years, she realized she wouldn't be able to move on without holding him accountable. There are many potential reasons.
  8. If this turns out to be true, and this girl somehow proves what she's saying, or the judge has enough evidence to say Axl's guilty, it might be the last nail in the coffin for me regarding GnR
  9. I think Axl tasting Da Bomb is our biggest chance for the rasp to return For real, I bought it and it tastes like burnt cigar butts and pain.
  10. It's Hot Ones, probably the biggest outlet for artists to promote their stuff nowadays
  11. If I had to choose between being only able to listen to IRS or Absurd, Hardskool, Perhaps, Monsters and The General ever again, I'd probably pick IRS. Not joking.
  12. Back in the day I remember thinking "I hope Andrew Stockdale doesn't leave Wolfmother for Slash" because of my love for Wolfmother but considering what became of Wolfmother after their third album, I am kinda sorry he didn't just leave to join Slash on tour for what could have been SASC (instead of SMKC). I mean... Impossible to watch this performance and not think "fuck this wouldve been so cool". Oh, Andrew... I love you voice so much, man... stop being such a nutjob, please
  13. Albums: 10- Ghost - Phantomine EP I wasn't very impressed by this release, but I really enjoyed Phantom of the Opera and Jesus He Knows Me. Marked the beginning of the year for me. 9- Stoned Jesus - Father Light Stoned Jesus always brings some heavy hitters, but this one is extra special due to the darkness of the lyrical themes, being that Stoned Jesus are an Ucranian band that felt the cruelty and harshness of the Russian invasion. I highly recommend this to people that haven't listened to Stoned Jesus yet. Perhaps their best since Seven Thunders Roar. 8- Queens of the Stone Age - In Times New Roman It was great to see QOTSA get back into shape after the dud that was Villains. Solid album, with some great tracks and excellent production. I love how this album sounds. 7- Lord Mountain - The Oath Loved their debut EP, in 2016, which made 1st place in my list that year. While The Oath isn't as impressive as that, it still has some amazing tracks from a band that I think is just too good for this world. 6- Gorillaz - Cracker Island While it isn't as strong as Gorillaz' 2020 effort, Song Machine, I really enjoyed Cracker Island. Silent Running is plain perfect, New Gold is a really fun team up with Tame Impala, and the other tracks are pretty good too. 5- King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard - The Silver Cord Hear me out: Get the extended edition and just let it play throughout your day while you work. It's so atmospherical, so good to listen to. 4- Metallica - 72 Seasons Really like this one when it came out, but it kinda grew old pretty quick. Some great standouts like the title strack, Inamorata, Too Far Gone and Room of Mirrors, and some lameass filler in it, too. Still, solid album. 3- Graveyard - 6 Graveyard is such a cool band, specially in the studio. This is a very, very solid album. I highly recommend it. Standouts: Breathe In Breathe Out, Sad Song, No Way Out, Twice. 2- The Rolling Stones - Hackney Diamonds Great album, also really good to listen to while you work. Some great moments like Depending On You, Live By The Sword and Whole Wide World. And man - Sweet Sound of Heaven is just beautiful. 1- King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard - PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation Album of the year for me. Amazing thrashy and technical heavy metal that resembles the style of Infest The Rats' Nest, which I consider to be one of their best albums. This might be even better. A genius album, nothing more to say. Love it. If you're a fan of thrash metal, heavy metal, prog metal, etc... Listen to this. You will not regret it. Amazing. Extra - Top 5 Singles: Beatles - Then And Now Judas Priest - Panic Attack Linkin Park - Lost Guns N’ Roses - Perhaps Monolord - It’s All The Same
  14. KISS has an actual coffin to bury people in. If I'm not mistaken, Dimebag Darrel was burried in one.
  15. It wasn’t that bad. The finale was all over the place but the season was pretty ok. But I know the general public didn’t like it, though. Marvel would probably put her in that car for that 😂
  16. I mean... it does prevent Kang from destroying branch timelines, but it doesn't really prevent existing Kangs from taking over those timelines, etc.. (unless I also misinterpreted it)
  17. I'd: - Continue the singles plan for at least 4 more tracks - Get the rest of the stuff they have from CDII and release an album with the 8 singles + like 4-5 previously unreleased CDII tracks - Tour that shit in Europe - Tour that shit in Asia and Oceania - Tour that shit in North America - Tour that shit in South America - Return to studio, make a new album from scratch with this new line-up - Tour that shit in Europe - Tour that shit in Asia and Oceania - Tour that shit in North America - Tour that shit in South America - Release a Live Era CD/DVD with material from this era - Release everything in the vault as a deluxe edition boxset - Do one last Farewell Tour all over the world - Rest.
  18. It seems like it's going this way. Wonder how they'll manage to write off Kang and his infinite amount of variants. "Have you heard of that terrible car carsh that killed all of the kang variants, the eternals and emilia clarke's character all at once?" "Wow so sad... I heard She Hulk was in that too. What a tragedy"
  19. I know it's not a MCU movie, but fuck - can somebody please tell Sony to just stop with the Spiderman spinoffs? This is just so bad.
  20. We'll see how much Axl is true to his beliefs according to his stance on this issue with Fernando.
