Popular Post VillageGorillaHead
Looks like an Argentinian radio interview. Never seen it discussed, plus some rare photos.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OU4WAa8DndASome nice Chinese Democracy quotes - have heard some of this in isolation, but never the full thing. Estranged Reality
Thanks for sharing that. I really thought I'd heard/seen all the standard Axl stuff from '01, but this is new to me.
rocknroll41
Seen this before, but it's been a while and I had forgotten about most of those pics and what he said in the interview, so thanks for sharing

there is no dana only zool
Holy crap, check out this one. I've only ever heard the audio of it, but this seems to contain more from Axl. Plus, when they play OMG, does anyone seem to hear it a bit clearer or louder or something? Something about it gives the impression that it was a more "cleaned up" version than what's available online. Also, they show footage of the rare It's So Easy video. Crazy. edit: wait, what the hell's going on here? These are virtually the same interview, just with different answers or something? Was this pieced together from other interviews to sound like its own? I can't figure this out... Russel Nash
The idiot who is translating Axl called Buckethead "Cabeza de Balde". hahahahahahaI don't like Juan Di Natale as a interviewer either but he made better questions than everyone out there. And here, Buckethead = cabeza de balde, cabeza de tacho, etc... Edited January 10, 2014 by Russel Nash
dalsh327
So he did consider going under his own name (even if it was for a second) and nuGuns was more ready to do all new stuff.Again, it's mentioned Interscope taking over Geffen (even though he didn't specify) threw a wrench into things. Same interview, but packaged differently for different shows perhaps. Hadn't heard the top one fully though, thanks.

Nosaj Thing
So, according to this interview, Chinese Democracy was supposed to be released in 2001 and they asked "what took so long, Axl?" Hahaha, simply hilarious. Nobody knew that it would take seven more years to its release.
Birk
Axl should of just stayed in the US and not ran away..feels he owes shit to Argentina and Brazil, fuck that shit
Nick83
Axl seemed like he really wasn't too interested in giving this interview. He sounds like someone who was already burnt the fuck out by everything.
