Hank Williams III. After a show he was hanging signing autographs taking pics and shit. Cool guy.

I know Jumpy Geathers from Washington Redskins fame pretty good. And his nephew Robert, think he plays for the Bengals now.

I've hung with: Petey Pablo. Lil Wayne/Birdman/Mannie Fresh/Juvenile. One of the guys from Rock N Roll Express and Jake the Snake.

Len! I always joked that you had a cockney accent, but didn't actually believe myself, presuming that you were a bit more Home Counties in tone. How wrong I was....

Great little video, thanks for sharing it. :)

I never noticed but before all that starts you hear me taunting John, going 'would you like a breather?' In my defence, i was drunk, I didn't mean to be heckling my favourite artist!

You hung out with Wayne and them? Cool, what are they like? :)

Back in 1999 when I was on Spring break in South Beach, Miami, I met Lenny Kravitz (or was hanging out around him...within a few feet) at a club....pretty sure Warren Beatty was there as well.

I've also met several Philadelphia Phillies baseball players and a few Philadelphia Eagles football players.

Oh...I also hung out with the group Max-A-Million back in the mid 90's when I was DJin' at a club (they were famous for their Sexual Healing remix at the time) ...they came to play a private show and barely anyone showed up....so we just hung out at the club all night.....all I remember is that they really like their ganja....

Made a latte for Malcolm McDowell when I was a barista at the Starbucks in St Andrews (celebrities come there a lot in the summer to play golf). Briefly told him I was just listening to the Clockwork Orange soundtrack the other day, he was a nice chap.

Two of my friends got to meet Bill Murray the year after I left. He plays golf there every year or so. Hugh Grant was coming up a lot while I was there to apparently shag this one bird (tbf she was pretty fit).

Oh no, hang on a minute I met Warrant too back in 1990 or something. I got backstage and was all star struck.

But I was really star struck several years ago in Barcelona, I saw Jean Paul Gaultier at the fruit market on the Ramblas and was too star struck to go and say hi (the fact I was backpacking and not dressed appropriately probably had an impact on my decision. Mind you he was wearing jeans and a bomber jacket, pretty close to what I was wearing, so I'm not sure why I hesitated on those grounds). He did look over at me and smiled at me and my silly star struck face, so I consider that pretty close to 'meeting'.

Lesson learned: Red always gets goofily star struck.

Only with people that have truly meant something to me in my life. JPG is one step down from God to me. That man is the real fucking deal, a creative behemoth, a total inspiration.

Other 'celebrities' that don't mean that much to me are just people. I saw Kylie Minogue in a restaurant years ago and Kirk Pengilly from INXS was buying jeans at the same time as me last year and they just seemed like regular people. Michael Klimt lives somewhere near me and I often see him jogging or t a cafe I often go to, and I met Glenn Robuns from Kath and Kim a couple of years ago via a friend and all of them were just people.

Hugh Grant that's pretty funny!

Hmmm met a few Irish rugby/soccer players. Saw Bill Clinton and Hillary, had a chat with the secret service guys, they were cool. Uhm met DJ Jazzy Jeff in a club one night  he was great. Met Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac, have his autograph. Guy is not right in the head but is one hell of a guitarist still. Got served a beer by Michael Jordan in Santa Barbara. Had drinks with well known asian porn star Lucy Thai in San Francisco, she was REALLY nice... High-fived Mick Jagger and Keith Richards once and got to wander around the Four Seasons where they were staying, they had the entire floor booked. Bumped into Salmon Rushdie in San Francisco. Oh and sang the chorus from Hold the Line with Bobby Kimball of Toto in a bar one night. He was playing a one of show to about 50 people. Just handed me the mike and let me off

Also met James Brown's manager. Total Twat.

Uhm met DJ Jazzy Jeff in a club one night  he was great.

Friend of mine saw him playing in a tiny club in Bordeaux a few years back. When she texted me, my first response was "Who?" Said he bought her and her mates champagne bottles for their table, what a lovely man.

Yeah he was really cool. He was signing autographs and posing for photos non-stop the night I met him. He went up to the DJ and played Summertime and The Fresh Prince Theme. Brought the house down
