Does anyone else dislike bicep me like me?

I just feel like I am not working out hard enough when I do biceps. Like I lift until I can't anymore, but I just don't feel the soreness like I do on leg day.

maybe you're just not doing it right or maybe you need to switch it up.

I usually do:

curls (heavy)

hammer curls (light to medium really focusing on feeling the burn. if I can do 20 reps then im happy)

and then ill find a 3rd exercise to do. maybe heavy on the EZ curl bar or find a machine. theres always something.

Ran 5 miles tonight.

Would have done it faster but even @ 10/11pm tourists and people getting in the way slowed me down.

RunKeeper sucks, Strava is where it's at.

Why do you think RunKeeper sucks?

It's just personal preference, I find Strava more social and suitable for my needs.

I have really bad body issues. It's McCoy bad. Actually eprobably worse.

My dream is to gain muscle mass. I've been following a shortcut to size routine and I am about to start my second week tomorrow. Great workout today.

I'm 140 lbs flat.

I was invited out for a meal today but I already ate two PB&Js, a glass of milk and a hotdog. I'm worried the extra calories will make me fat and not muscular. That's what scares me.

I'm debating whether to skip the invite and eat when I'm hungry.
