Conor
Is Call of Duty still as big a deal? I don't know anyone who bought Advanced Warfare. The first Black Ops was the best online game in the series though, and Black Ops II had the best Zombies mode. I still won't be buying though, might find it to borrow so I can run through the campaign though.
Crazyman
Black Ops was the last COD game I bought, but COD 4 was the last one I actually enjoyed.God damn did I waste a lot of time playing that game online

downzy
Never really got these games. I suppose they have terrific presentation value, but meh, I'm not a big multiplayer so I almost always pass on these. I do enjoy playing them a year or two later when I can borrow a friend's copy or buy them for next to nothing. I'd never buy a COD game around its release date. Now EA's PGA Golf on the other hand
Dazey
I really like COD when I have time to practice. Since that's pretty much never these days I've not bothered in a while.
The Real McCoy
The storyline is creepy as all hell. The trailer for the game honestly disturbed me.
ZoSoRose
I do the same thing every year. Rent the latest COD, beat the campaign in a day, play a few matches, and never touch it againCOD Finest Hour and Big Red One- My first foray into the series back in the day. I thought they were both great for the time. The Stalingrad level In Finest Hour was awesomeCOD 2- One of the best WWII shooters ever, it was an awesome introduction to the 360 era. The Africa demo at best buy and DDay levels were great.COD 3- A good follow up, but didn't do anything really specialCOD 4: Modern Warfare- The best one in the series, duh. This game was HUGE and rightfully soCOD: World at War- People were disappointed it wasn't modern, but it was an excellent WWII game.COD: Modern Warfare 2- I was amazed/disturbed at the US levels. Looking back, this is where the plot of these games started to get brain damaged. Still, it was fun.COD: Black Ops- The Vietnam levels were really cool. At least they tried mixing things up with the plot, too.COD: Modern Warfare 3- I really liked the campaign. Dumb story, but the WWIII levels were epic.COD: Black Ops II- Surprisingly, this was a really strong addition to the franchise. They tried changing things up, and it kind of worked.COD: Ghosts- I didn't even finish it. Boring ass storyline, only a few cool missions, and boring multiplayerCOD: Advanced Warfare- This one was kind of cool. The story was out there, but good for a dumb action game.I'd roughly rank them 4, 2, Black Ops II, Black Ops, WAW, MW3, Advanced Warfare, MW2, 3, GhostsNone of them are bad games, they are just all so similar and released so quickly. It makes them dull and redundant. Edited April 27, 2015 by ZoSoRose

Teroz
Advance Warfare was cool, but still to me the WW2 ones remain by far the best and I would welcome a new addition to WW2 or heck even WW1 or Vietnam, rather than some zombie lepricorn dwarf scifi teenager blood-fest. James Bond
None of them are bad games, they are just all so similar and released so quickly. It makes them dull and redundant. That's my biggest problem with the series. It doesn't need to be an annual franchise. If they took more time and did a game every few years there would probably be a big quality increase and less criticism.
Gackt
Ugh, looks like they're reimagining the EXO suit idea from Advanced Warfare that I thought was an awful addition to the seriesWorld at War has been my favorite in the series followed by Modern Warfare and Black Ops, this trailer just makes the game seem like a generic futuristic shooter. Can't say I'm excited for anything besides it having the Black Ops title

Georgy Zhukov
I lost interest in any new COD games after Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops. I think this futuristic warfare angle is killing the franchise. I would love to have a Vietnam Era game but I think Black Ops satisfies it. Modern Warfare is the best game. I don't care for multi-player (I really suck at it) but the campaign is what does it for me. It is a good story and the characters are memorable. Modern Warfare 2 kind of raised the stakes and the player got to do more things but the story didn't really make sense. They relied on shocking twists. Also did anyone else wanted to shoot Sgt. Foley? MW2 and 3 were basically two parters. My favorite level was New York and the Czech levels. I watch walkthrough videos just so I can get an idea of what kind of game I would be player. Ghosts had potential but the story was dumb. Liked the idea of a Latin American superpower deciding to challenge the US but do we really need the dog? I will have to check out Advanced Warfare, I have heard it was better than Ghosts but the damage is done. Black Ops III looks bad and Infinite Warfare can be good or really bad. I think expectations are really, really low. I am werid, I like these games for the campaign. I like to find different ways to finish them. Don't care for multi-player and haven't done much with Zombies.
