Well, LA closed all their schools today due to threats to multiple schools.

The Mayor spoke about keeping the kids safe and teachers and anyone associated with the schools.

I can't imagine how law enforcement is going to check each and every school in the LA school district.

They mentioned backpacks left behind in schools which may or may not have explosives.

It seems the US is going to be getting multiple threats now and all we can do is check each and everyone of them to make sure people are safe.

Honestly, no one is safe 24/7 and it's a scary situation.

The police and FBI will be working around the clock now to try to stop anymore attacks on US soil. All they can do is try.

The Garland police (where I live) stopped men from attacking an event's center last year and they are still trying to decifer what was written in code from those men.

It shows you how smart these people are getting.

We are going to need code experts like during world war II.

I guess this was from overseas in an email, NYC got a similar one but decided it was hoax. They saying LA jumped the gun, well how that work? LA said 3 quarters of a million people go to school there, how can they just say naw its fake?

This happened when I was in grade 11. 3 major high schools, someone scribbled on bathroom stalls a date and time that the school was getting shot up. All 3 were the exact same date and time. Of course, nothing happened. Just was given the option not to attend that day.

Terrorism is more about putting fear into people more than if something did happen. Even if you took guns away, someone could go to a fireworks shop and figure out how much they need to take a building down.
