For sure i'm just curious! Am I missing something? I believe that specific area has a port-o-potty, and maybe a bar..? I think its raised too with the objective of being able to see over the crowd. I think its a come and go sort of thing. Am I missing something? I think the point of it is to elevate those on it (that's why the Civil War package in particular is on a riser). Be above the crowd on the floor and there's usually a bar on top (although I'm not sure if that was a perk in this case). I've seen this set-up at concerts before, usually outdoor ones, and it's never right at the back - generally about midway. It makes sense for outdoor GA shows for those who want a guaranteed good spot without arriving early. Seems utterly pointless in this case though because for cheaper someone could have gotten the Jungle VIP package which puts you closer to the action.
