Saw the WAAF article. They have three base stages (3 x 16 trucks with steel). And one convoy of 20 trucks hauling around the production equipment.

The band wouldn't be losing money unless the promoter wanted to cancel and GNR agreed to take a pay cut to keep it on.

GNR should be getting a set price per show to show up then once the promoter makes back their money and then they will get a % for sales over that.
