Clive Barker's Book of The Blood: 8/10

Batman/Superman PE:7/10(Felt rushed)

Drag Me To Hell: 10/10

Jennifer's Body 7/10(I knew what I was getting going in)

I was going to give it a miss but if its 10/10 i might check it out

You might not think it's a 10/10 like Spuffy and myself, but I will be shocked if you don't enjoy it at all. It's a very good film.

Public enemies was quite enjoyable. Despite not being set in the DCAU it had a familiar tone to it. I loved Jeph Loeb's original as well.

Jen's Body wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Amanda Seyfried stole the show I think.

Saw Slumdog Millionaire last night. Wasn't as shit as I thought it'd be at least.

Slumdog is amazing.

I found the format fairly contrived but then I suppose I'd heard so much about it already I was never going to get a surprise from it. My sister had told me what a feel good movie it was and given my huge generalization of films based around India I assumed it'd be an all singing all dancing affair hence my initial reluctance to watch it. I did enjoy it alot more than I thought I would.

You mean you're one of the eight people in America who saw that film.

Odishon - freaky ass Japanese movie, about this guy auditioning himself for a significant other. Needless to say, shit gets thick after. I was kinda talked into this movie expecting it to be the goriest thing of all time and i kinda...was sitting around waiting to be shocked which is a shame because its a good movie in and of itself, not just some weird fuckin gorefest. Not that there's anything wrong with weird fucking gorefests.

Dancehall Queen - Kinda...gritty-ish Jamaican drama, cool movie although its probably good if you understand Jamaican patois although i'm sure you can get the gist of it even if you don't.

Harder They Come - 5 millionth rewatch, love this movie

Shottas - Ky-mani Marley and Spragga Benz...funky little rags to riches Jamaica to Miami gangsta movie. Again, one you might wanna know patois but you can still get it.

Django - Funky little Spaghetti Western that spawned a bajillion sequels, only one of which is actually a proper follow up sequel. Kind of a cottage industry unto itself with Django Rides Again, Django the Bastard etc. A Tarantino favorite apparently, becomes clear when you watch it, complete with gratuitous violence and its very own ear cutting scene  YAY!!! Nothing like an ear cutting to spice a movie up, huh? :D

QT has a cameo in the re-make directed by Takishi(SP?) Mike

It certainly adds to it with a Bob Dylan song.

Just saw The Happening...

uhh...

Wikipedia said it best.

"Well hello there, Mr. Plastic Plant."

The overuse of internal metaphors... What page was I on... I ate desert with this guy... I almost bought these cough drops because...JESUS FUCKING CHRIST! And the little kids that got shot by the crazy people, that was seen just too easily. Specially after the loin incident at the beginning.

Then I read Wikipedia up and got the idea of a "B-Movie attempt"...

Whole thing is just kinda...

I can't really find words to finish my sentences here >_>

After seeing the preview(which had people becoming slightly invisible when a symptom was listed as 'physical deformation.'), I was expecting more of a supernatural take on the whole thing.

I'm starting to watch movies more often, I think I shouldn't relay on previews as much now; My disappointment with Horsemen(The movie was okay/good, my evaluation of the whole fucking genre based on previews was not.) was enough.

It's been a while but i've watched plenty of films recently.

The Dark Knight - second time i've watched it and it seemed better.

This Is Spinal Tap - never gets old, makes me laugh all the time.

Adulthood - just as gritty as Kidulthood

Airplane - perhaps the funniest film ever?

Help - ridiculous but enjoyable.

Burn After Reading - Dark but funny

Hancock - second time watching it, hear there's a sequel coming.

Almost Famous - a great film, end of.

Back to the Future - fun.

Casino Royale - Is it better than Quantum of Solace?

Disaster Movie - just terrible.

My Name Is Bruce - not too bad.

Bangkok Dangerous - not bad either.

Dirty Dancing - nah.

Point Break - Braw!!!
