Ghost_Guns Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 Man I just got back from the show...what a fucking awesome goddamn show....it was like some kind of musical onslaught. i was dead center on the floor only one row back...had to settle behind these two fat chicks...but I CAUGHT...Bumblefoot's first guitar pick thrown...I went with my sister who caught two fucking guitar picks, one from ashba and the other from bumble....it was awesome. later in the show when it was quieter i shouted "Detroit Loves You Bumble!!" he looked at me and smiled....Axl sounded amazing, the band was so tight and smoothe, and the show plus the crowd has just left me in an overwhelmed state of body and mind.....i still got that lovely ringing in the ears! I would appreciate to read non-biased objective reviews of the shows, it's like all of a sudden you have all forgotten how amazing he sounded last year. It still works good though for most songs, except when the rasp is needed most. Maybe 2012 will bring us the 'mighty rasp' back - who knows?
