Black Sabbath

Only 3 shows in and the setlist is already evolving. By the end of the SA tour they'll be opening with The General and ending with Soul Monster.

And playing Eulogy Of A Broken Heart in the middle ;)

Now you're just being ridiculous :max:

I know. But it was a rumored title for quite a while :tongue2:

Nightrain perfect set opener and a great song so signal that the train is leaving the station for the end of the show too. Would like to see it as an opener one of these days. Imagine 1) Nightrain - 2) Its so easy - 3) jungle as the opening three... would be cool! maybe his voice couldn't handle it as the first song of the night though. They could use some pyro as well when the song kicks in as we know Axl wouldn't miss a chance to let off his whiz poppers.

I wonder if the set towards the front of the tour being short was so he could build up some consistency. Like, not blow out his voice early.

I think that's the most likely reason. Most bands play it safe after a long break, guns usually don't and it back fires... well they played it safe but we all know what happened. No amount of playing it safe would have worked, the only thing that could have saved this run was solid pre-production as a full band.
