I cannot defend the lack of preparation on vocals this time around. 2011-2013 was mostly true to the album sound besides two that were sickening. 2002 sounded better and he barely tried so what happens after the golden gods disaster? Not even the biggest loyalists will chuck their hard earned cash so new album or retirement it's do or die at this point.

He sounds fine. I don't know why you people complain. It's not like half of you go to shows anyway.

So by your logic those of us that are going to gigs have the right to be upset if we're not happy with his voice, correct?

But has it ever occurred to you that him sounding like shit makes the lot of us not want to go to the shows in the first place?

Most of us, including myself, would happily go--if he sounded decent.

But c'mon, he sounds awful, and my being or not being in the possession of a concert ticket hinders in no way my ability to criticize what my favorite frontman has become.
