sturginho
Hopefully they will come up with a better flag design than that, however I get the feeling that they will end up getting the same guys that came up with the London 2012 logo to design the new flag
Coma16
Well if they vote in favour that just means they want to be independent right? Doesn't actually mean they will be. Or am i wrong?

ADPT
It's strange to think that by this time tomorrow the country you were born in may have effectively ceased to exist.I'm also quietly sad to see the way the nationalists seem to have effectively painted anyone who disagees with them as some sort of traitor or coward. DieselDaisy
It is over. All doom and gloom. Scotland will turn into an intolerant Marxoid Cuban republic and drift off into insignificance, dreaming of Scandinavian spires while being fed, socialist scraps by an incompetent showboating SNP junta. England will be forced to watch further Balkinisation in Wales. Meanwhile, Napoleon and Hitler will be chuckling from the grave, the dream they possessed, the destruction of Britain, coming true.

DieselDaisy
Incidentally, did anyone see the news footage of Gordon Brown arriving at the polling place to cast his vote. It was hilarious. There was a long line of sycophants donned in Labour colours waiting to shake Gordon's hand and this lone guy who suddenly found himself at the end of the queue with a 'yes' t-shirt looking remarkably uncomfortable. You can just read his thinking: ''fuck me, I think I am in the wrong place'. He sort of shuffles off behind. Watch it as they have been running the same news report all day. W. Axl Kev
This morning I went to my polling station and voted "Yes" to Scottish Independence because I hold liberal values high above economic ones. There are risks of course but I'm eager to take them. As Tommy Sheridan put it: "It's better to die on your feet than live on your knees."Vote Yes.Welcome back mate!Cheers man! How you been? ADPT
The Union Jack won't look quite the same if the YES vote wins.Wales...green background. Problem solved.St. David's flag is black and yellow. Would be fitting to go with incorporating that, although green would look good too. Plus we can say the black represents the Cornish should they start agitating...Polls closed. It's almost done.
