shotsfired cro
which parts do you think may have been rerecorded? I think guitar and vocals may be new. Obviously, Fartus was nowhere near if it was redone. I loved this track back in the day And yes...This being single gives us finally one new song on the future setlist... I agree that the vocals and lead sound rerecorded/ added to.

SoulMonster
When first hearing the snippet of the song I was sure the lead guitar was new, and I thought it was Fortus because of the country "twang". Now that I can hear all the lead parts I am convinced it IS Slash. I also believe all of it is from 1986 recordings, just spruced up in new mixing. Well done to the mixers/mastering! Thirty years too late to Guns N' Roses! 1

Not for certain bc we have no official datails about that but I put some ears plug and I can hear her, it’s her backing vocals, her voice. Shaolin Punk
Sounds great - straight ahead rock n' f'n' roll! \m/ I definitely think the solo has been added, some of those chops just sound a bit more mature than slash's playing was when they did appetite.... ...but no complaining here if it'll pave the way for a fresh album.... once they've milked us with this beastly collection of goodies
Popular Post sparka
I think it’s f’kin awesome! AFD vibe with modern production...I’d take that over any track on Chinese Democracy.

The 'wake up it's time to play version' is by far the best, raw and fast with some of Axl's best ever singing. Yeah, that one is my favorite

megaguns1982
I prefer the version on the live and let die single. Bit faster, different lyric take. Much better than this

In Jungle it's mainly Duff who does that part, right? It's quite similar, but in SOYL the voice seems more feminine, I may be wrong of course , but to me it's exactly Melissa's backing vocals over there.
