action
it's a 30 year old song that's the first new single in 10 years time just a reminder on how time flows in the GNR universe
NicDwolfwood
I like the fact that im finally listening to it in good quality. Thats about it though. If they're doing this to test the waters and see if there is interest in new music outside of hardcore fans, then Im for it.

He is one of the composer, e.g. he co-wrote it.

thunderram
Gotta love the negative critics that have never created anything worthwhile of their own. I'd love to hear/read their Bob Dylan-esque work.
grids74
Reminds us of how good they were. Hopefully this is testing the water for potentially working on new material
megaguns1982
Just checked and I’m pretty certain the vocal track is the one from the live from the jungle ep. definately not the guitars, drums or bass but the vocals match up

6lake sa66ath
I love the fact they’ve dropped a “new” single throwback to their rock n’ raw early years in the 10th anniversary year of Chinese Democracy!

Stress Fracture
Yeah, if I heard WTTJ for the first time today you could convince me that Melissa is doing backing vocals on it.

If so, the lyrics are different to the 2018 remaster. 1) In the EP, Axl sings "Took my changes carelessly, choked on my own cigarette." In the remaster, he sings "Took my changes carelessly, i Said i choked on my own cigarette." 2) In the EP, Axl sings "You can hand me another bottle of whiskey baby, but you ain't seen the worst yet." In the remaster, he sings "You can hand me another bottle of whiskey baby, but you haven't seen the worst yet." Axl_morris
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm assuming this is one for the two Mike clink songs. The other being Move to the City acoustic. Which I presume will also be produced to the same high standard. The rest of the tracks in the set are of demo quality? How will the rest of them compare to the ones that have already been available on bootleg? Edited May 4, 2018 by Axl_morris
Swedish
I've already listened to it 14 times and I really like it, a solid 8/10! It's definitely the best version of the song in my opinion! I also find it kinda ironic that Paul Huge all of a sudden will start getting a bunch of GN'R royalties again!
