@Tom-Ass Can't find one to quote so I just tagged you-

I gotta tell ya....although I think you're going WAY overboard in your disappointment (I ain't madatcha!), I have been laughing my ass off at the names you keep using for Melissa. I can only remember Pink and Punky Brewster right now, but I know there have been more. I don't know if you've ever seen the show Scrubs, but it reminds me of when Dr. Cox always calls JD a different girls name as a show of disrespect

Thanks Buddy.. I had a whole list. Boy George was next but someone beat me to it ;)

Trust me, I don't WANT to be disappointed.. I felt like a high school kid last week I was so excited... Then that second fucking keyboard showed up on stage.......  It is like a sick twisted joke.

I'm not one to join the GNR Fantasy League, but I was listening to UYI II just now and had a thought:

If Axl so much as looks in the general direction of Slash or Duff when he sings "and all my friends said I was high", I'm gonna straight up lose my shit.

If anyone in town already wants a really cool, different place to have dinner you should try The Golden Steer.  It's straight out of old school Vegas.  Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, The Rat Pack, and Joe DiMaggio, etc used to go there back in the glory days of Vegas.  You can even request one of their tables in advance if you want (I like Elvis' table in the back).  It's a little off the Strip, but it's one of the only remaining remnants of old Vegas and it's worth it. The food is pretty damn solid too.  You can check out the shop from the Pawn Stars if you want too.  It's in the same general area.

It is so worth it. It's our regular go-to place when in Vegas. Best steaks in town (and just about anywhere else). We've tried almost all of the steak places in Vegas over the last 3-4 years and The Golden Steer beats them all. That's where I'll be Thursday night for dinner!

See ya there dude.  7:30 reservations.  Hopefully the Elvis table in the back right.  I fucking love that they still bring the food out with those shiny metallic domes over them and shit.  I get Pavlovian in my excitement for Vegas every time I see them.

Another recommendation, which I may have mentioned before.  The Double Down Saloon over by the Hard Rock.  It's the shittiest, dungiest, grungiest bar I've ever been to in my life. It's also one of the few honest to goodness underground llve heavy metal bars you can still find anywhere.  I think there are shows there most of the nights coming up.  Most of the bands come in from Cali and shit to play there.   I've seen guys get blown right in the middle of the bar, people go to the bathroom in groups and come out with their eyes rolling back in their heads while scratching their arms, chicks take matches, fold them over their nipple rings and set them on fire, you name it.  Anyway, if you anywhere near the Hard Rock late one night, check it out.

It's a festering shithole.  You'll all love it!

Why do you care about her, she can't even be seen... Just another Tracy, that's all.

She is there to be heard..... Useless noise.. That is my gripe... But we have another thread dedicated to that.  This one isn't the place for that ;)

The bands playing at the Double Down this weekend.  Honestly, one of my favorite annual Vegas traditions is looking up the bands that will be there when I am.  There have been some absolute classics over the years.

'Child Endangerment' sounds like an interesting option to check out this year, but unfortunately I'll be seeing Guns N fucking Roses at that time.

Nobody wants to see me with my shirt off...not even me. I'm as pasty white as one can be. People will go blind.

Be whoever you want to be. You're pasty white because you are a big time day trader who spends his whole life in a dark room making millions.  The sheer number of alter ego's my friends and I have come up with over the years in Vegas has been incredible.  I've been an F1 driver, an MLB player, you name it.  Nothing is real in Vegas.  Just go with it dude.

Especially if you're flying on Spirit.

LOL one of the weirdest things in Nevada is the places you can gamble. I have seen slots at the grocery stores, the gas stations, little places in strip malls etc etc etc. we don't really gamble but the first year we lived here my husband went inside to pay for gas and put a quarter in a slot and won 50.00. not much but we sure needed it at the time! :P

Somehow I've never heard about this is all my time in Vegas. This has become a priority for me.

Oh, it's something you should at least check out.  Up until last year there was a mural in the men's bathroom of JFK getting his head blown off.  I mean, where else can you go nowadays and see shit like that.

I'm unsure of the forum rules here, but am I allowed to post a pic of 2 chicks with their boobs on fire here?  It's really quite spectular.

My thoughts are that I have no idea what the hell you people are talking about.  I do not see any 'market crash' or people dumping tickets.  What I see is a supply of less than 800 tickets available on Stubhub for both shows and them still selling far in excess of face.  Again, here is some actual data.  Here are the most recent sales for Saturday as of right now, including the sales date:

Remember, the final price to the buyer is the amount below, plus 15%

Outside of a few cheapy's that snuck through I am not seeing any market collapse.
