I hope they are wrong and it changes, but it says its supposed to rain everyday and cool down after Wednesday...just my luck. Please someone tell me it's going to change!!! I think there are like 10 tables or so that were reserved for the icons back in the day you can specifically request and if they are open at that time you can reserve them. Talk to the hostesses if you go. Some of their stories about the golden days are absolutely fantastic. There are a few people who work there that have literally been there like 40-50 years. The whole place is a Vegas time capsule. It's fan-goddamn-tastic. I love The Golden Steer. You can do whatever the hell you want whenever you want to do it. Most of the bands come in from Cali and shit to play there. I've seen guys get blown right in the middle of the bar, people go to the bathroom in groups and come out with their eyes rolling back in their heads while scratching their arms, chicks take matches, fold them over their nipple rings and set them on fire, you name it.
