I'm not going to stand there with my arms crossed pouting, just wish I never made this investment...

Frank, Fortus, CD songs, Punky Brewster on the second keys.. NuGnR

just curious, what investments did you make? tickets can be resold online for face value, hotel reservations can still be canceled, and air fare can either be refunded or credited.

For those of you going VIP and still waiting for their packages, this is the response I got from GNR VIP Customer Services: "There will be several different merchandise items, including an exclusive GNR bag, and hat. You will receive a package for each package purchased. Packages are being prepped for shipment but could occur after the show date".  So it looks unlikely, at least for me, that we'll get the goody bags before the shows.  Shame, I was looking forward to wearing the hat!!!

@Tom-Ass Can't find one to quote so I just tagged you-

I gotta tell ya....although I think you're going WAY overboard in your disappointment (I ain't madatcha!), I have been laughing my ass off at the names you keep using for Melissa. I can only remember Pink and Punky Brewster right now, but I know there have been more. I don't know if you've ever seen the show Scrubs, but it reminds me of when Dr. Cox always calls JD a different girls name as a show of disrespect

Ha ha. I had exactly the same thought. Pebbles Flintstone is my favourite. :P

Thanks for the update... I have been wondering when it would show.

If anyone in town already wants a really cool, different place to have dinner you should try The Golden Steer.  It's straight out of old school Vegas.  Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, The Rat Pack, and Joe DiMaggio, etc used to go there back in the glory days of Vegas.  You can even request one of their tables in advance if you want (I like Elvis' table in the back).  It's a little off the Strip, but it's one of the only remaining remnants of old Vegas and it's worth it. The food is pretty damn solid too.  You can check out the shop from the Pawn Stars if you want too.  It's in the same general area.

I went there back in 2012....indeed very cool old school Vegas vibe for sure.  Food was good too.

Good call Saltzy!

I almost never leave the casino when I go to Vegas. I think I'm doing more of that this trip than all my others combined.

I mean, why?  It's like an amusement park for adults.  I've done more cool things in Vegas than anywhere else.  Get out of the casino. You can gamble almost anywhere these days.  Live a little.
