When I was in the UK for a semester earlier this year, this drove me nuts. Back home (New England), imagine that you have a Subway anywhere you'd ever want it, but with consistently much better food/selection than a Subway.

There's a greasy spoon near me that does a sandwich called The Yabba Dabba Doo. Slice of bloomer bread, two sausage 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 black pudding, mushrooms and potato's. Put another slice of bread on that lot and put the same on again. Another slice of bread and thats your sandwich. Cup of tea and a Yabba. That's a sandwich.
