2024 Death Pool draft

Eric Cantona

Recommended Posts

It’s been years since we had this morbid and morally dubious game, and as Lithium has been MIA for many years I’m testing the waters of interest around this. Perhaps fitting as I was the winner of the previous edition… Anyway!

Here are the rules:

- Every participant picks ten - 10 - celebrities that they think will die in 2024.
- If any of the celebrities you have picked die, you take the age that they died at and subtract it from 100, and that's the amount of points that you will get. At the end of 2024, your points will be added and the person with the most points wins.
- You are not allowed to pick someone over the age of 100.
- You are allowed to change your list as many times as you'd like until January 1st, 2024.
- When the clock strikes midnight on New Year's Eve, your current draft will be locked in.
- The one with the most points at the end of the year will forever bathe in glory, as well as the honor of becoming a member of the exclusive club of Death Pool winners, including such players as yours truly and Powerage5… and Lithium of course.

Just found out something new today. 🤔 Thank you. 🤔 But Michael J Fox also has Parkinson's and he's only about 13 years younger than Ozzy and I've only seen one vote for Michael despite both of them having the same disease. 🤔

GNR actually performed at a benefit show for Michael J Fox that I think was really a sort of fundraiser to fight against Parkinson's. I think it was 2006/7, they played Live And Let Die.

You don’t think 13 years matters?
