I had eggnog and a Clif Bar for lunch.

Eggnog is amazing. I'm going to have to buy a carton soon. I would think it would pair well with this Kahlua.

'tis the season. ;)

I made grilled chicken breast, marinated in olive oil and garlic over mixed salad w/ Caesar dressing. Very tasty. :)

The Chinese cook with offal a lot. Stir fried chicken livers is a staple. The British used to cook offal a lot; during the war era nothing was wasted (e.g. tongue, tripe) but now they are rather revolted by offal, except, perhaps, steak and kidney pie.

Hearts, tripe and gizzard can't be beaten.

Ox tongue curry is too good.
