I wouldn't have had the nerve to ask him [Duff] about a reunion, Subtle Signs. LOL. I can imagine how annoying it gets to keep answering the same questions.

Same.  However when you are in the biggest band in the world the questions will come with the territory...

I remember asking Duff about a reunion back in late October after a Kings Of Chaos show( you can see how thrilled he was to meet me again in my avatar) He said something to the effect of "I'm happy to take pictures and sign autographs but it's too early in the morning for this shit (reunion questions)" It was about 6am and we stayed at the Casino where the show was held the night before. All we had to go on at the time was Slash saying he and Axl were friends again. I'm not sure if this was before or after the report from that random website about the band reuniting that spawned a long thread on here. The point being that I knew Duff wouldn't spill the beans to a random fan but I had to ask anyway. I also remember him saying something like "Do you know how many times a day I  get asked the reunion question? " I said "Yes,but how many since Axl and Slash became friends again?" He said "Where did  you hear that?" I said " Slash in a TV interview" He smiled ,thanked us and walked away. I guess the point to the story is,yes Steven is a grown ass man but his enthusiasm for GNR may not have allowed him to contain himself in a large public setting like the Whiskey show. Duff and Slash both know how to handle annoying GNR-nerds (TM)like myself.

Yeah, when I met Duff at one of the book signings there was a short Q&A and he was very proactive about cutting off reunion questions too. It was before the RnR Hall of Fame and he basically put his hands up and said something like, "I hope we will handle it with as much grace as possible. That's all I'm saying on reunion issues. Thanks for understanding." He doesn't seem to want to discuss anything to do with reunions or his relationships with the other band members in interviews or any forums (such as meetings with fans) where it could possibly be misconstrued. That's the smartest way to handle it IMHO. Duff's able to filter himself; other GnR people (cough Steven) not so much.

Didn't Steven himself say that he knew that in the event of a reunion he'd be the last one to know, since he can't keep his mouth shut?

Exactly that's why I thought the timing of that show was odd. And the fact that it is pulled, means he's in.

But then again... It could be another company profitting at this GnR hype, just like that radio station.

In all fairness...that radio station did announce Metallica as opposed to GnR and MET is pretty big.

i don't think the Whisky is pulling any BS here.

Yea but they did put "#GunsNRoses" the radio station never did that.

True dat. I think it'll be something exciting, whatever it is.
My only guess is a GnR warm up private gig @ Whisky on April 1st.

This. You provided the perfect example to what I was thinking.

Another reason why I'm optimistic about the Adler situation... Keep the man underground until it's game time!
