That article is from April and has this in it: "It is unclear where Ferrer, who didn't respond to requests for comment via email, spends most of his time. On his recently deactivated Instagram account, he posted photos from New York City and Los Angeles." So looks like his accounts have been deactivated a while. When the golden coach left Westminster to go to Buckinham Palace Prince Andrew stepped into a car, Couldn't see if he was in company with others.
