Yeah, fair. Although something like Prostitute would definitely have Melissa parts which they played the other night. I’m curious how easily this guy is able to adapt- are the songs just easy to do, or did he memorize all possible 40+ songs they could play? Just slept for half a day after getting back last night. I have a few more videos uploaded from last nights show too. It was a solid show even though Melissa was absent (Axl said she was being checked for pneumonia as someone earlier mentioned). And yes those were Dizzy’s parents sitting to the left. I was standing at the rail right in front of them and Axl actually came and sat down next to them on stage for a few seconds during the show and smiled at them. Funny interaction. I didn’t see their tour buses after the show this time unfortunately. I was able to get Axl’s autograph on my litho in Knoxville and Pittsburgh but no luck in Denver this time. It was great hearing some deeper cuts this time. Perhaps was awesome as usual. Been a few occasions where techs have stepped up for illness. I believe even in slash’s band it happened in Europe once. I believe Todd had to leave and Brent filled in on bass and his tech played drums which showed Brent knew more then just his instrument in the band for their songs 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
