Cool...I didn't want to offend anyone, but I thought of it immediately when I was reading through the conversation between you and BillsFan. How Axl was making the record company pay an absurd amount for this studio that they really weren't using, and had millions of dollars in musical equipment? Maybe Axl went all out again and got them these drumsticks, and basically the best of the best? So possibly they are generic expensive drumsticks for no one. You're probably not endorsed by Vater (or in your case Vic Firth).....so no I personally do not think it's possible. Additionally, my friend who is a drummer said those are definitely Ahead sticks, not just Ahead grip tape. According to Billboard, the GUNS reunion — which sources say has been in the works for two years — is asking for anywhere from $3 million to $5 million a show.
