I do wish the map resembled the GTA:SA version of Los Santos a bit more though, I don't really recognize all but the biggest landmarks so far. If GTA V does come out for the nextgen systems, it likely won't be for another year or two (my bet would be on later rather than sooner). To give you an idea of the last GTA to be "upgraded" to a nextgen system, GTA San Andreas was released on PS2 in 2004 but wasn't released for Xbox 360 until 2008. I really like Franklin's bullet time driving ability; makes cop chases so much more fun when you can activate it for a couple of seconds to squeeze through a tiny gap in traffic. I've noticed this as well, but thought the issue might be overcome by modding a car's engine. I can only imagine the mayhem online when people try to steal other people's custom vehicles. I was joy riding a quad bike up mountainous terrain, a small rock left me leaping off the bike, as I dusted myself down and got up, I noticed the bike had started running down the hill by itself getting faster and faster. I found it at the bottom. I also think it was a nice touch adding more modern, up to date artists on the radio - Rihanna etcThe 3 character dynamic works perfectly. When you go in to the dog's eye view and all of a sudden he runs off in a random direction and starts fucking that other dog had me in stitches.Same in the mission where you have to booby trap that Life Invader dude's phone. I stole a passenger jet yesterday and flew around for a bit. Ended up somewhere WAY up in the mountains. I found myself just exploring that whole area for quite sometime after that instead of doing anything to advance the game. It was really a lot of fun.
