If you singned a contract. And later you want out, meaning breaking that contract. You can't tell the other part to fuck off. Being a member of the EU is something somewhat similar. Despite of what you believe. Leaving the EU doesn't mean taking back control. It just means isolation. It means nobody can trust you because you change your mind. And you are careless about any given agreement you might sign. But it's Theresa May who wants a soft Brexit. You have to ask her why she doesn't think it's a good idea to tell the EU to fuck off

But it’s probably just short term gains of a few. Like what would Boris do with the influx of money, free hand gliding lessons? Make Cricket compulsory at schools. The UK does protect the whole of europe with it’s military. The only reward is to be allowed to borrow money from the world bank to look after refugees from US nuked areas of the middle east. Padme
Hey Brits, did you know you can say England, you can say UK and you can say United Kingdom? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/jul/15/trump-reveals-the-queens-private-views-on-brexit The products are great. And the Queen is beautiful inside and out. It seems Brexit is a very complex problem
wasted
EU inflates the GDP of the UK and then asks for more and more money. Trump would sue them for 80 mil.
DieselDaisy
The protesters seem to have hung every leftist grievance around Trump. Just about every shouty lefty has emerged, homosexuality and transgenderisms, feminists, ecoisms/greenisms (old fashioned hippy causes), unionist traditional left (complaining about tariffs), general Corbynista tweeting millenials and Brexit remoaners. Whatever happened to decency and decorum in this country?

There's been a general degrading I feel, of politicians over history in terms of like, y'know, the qualities of the individual and that. On the decorum point, its might be worth pointing out that this is the country where someone shoved a pork chop unless Jewish prime minister Disraelis nose before now. Ribbentrop was ambassador here, and everyone thought he was a complete wanker. He arrived here as an undiluted Anglophile, tea and scones, partaking of the hunt, etc., and left here a thorough Anglophobe as Britain's ''polite society'' found him to be a ridiculous fella, his clunky attempts to ingratiate himself, his Nazi salute to the king (George VI politely dismissed it with, ''well people from the colonies greet me with their own national greeting''). But then just everybody in the Nazi party absolutely loathed Ribbentrop also. Hitler rather kept him around, shielded him, for some odd reason. That's Theresa May's job. The citizen has the right to protest. When there is a G20 meeting or any world leaders meeting there are demostrations. Honestly I think demostrations are a waste of time because nothing is going to change. But I think if people want to demostrate they have the right. And I don't care if they are gay, women, union or whatever

From their placards, Gay, Lesbian rights? Donald Trump has no impact on the situation of people from that social group in Britain. Misogyny? Trump does not impede on the rights/standing of British women? Our own employers, e.g., the BBC, do a good enough job of that themselves! Brexit? Well it was the British political class who campaigned in that, for/against, and the British people who voted for it, 17,410,742 voting to leave. Racial matters? Again, Trump has no control over how this proceeds in Britain. It was Britain's own governments who made a dog's dinner over the Windrush generation. They are just expressing they don't agree with his views, about Brexit and other issues. They are expressing solidarity with immigrants, gays, women, etc in the U.S. as well. They are expressing that not every single citizen in the UK loves him. In fact there were a few and small demotrations supporting Trump. The media reported about those demostrations as well

A shouty bunch of gobshites hanging every left-wing grievance around Trump and disgracing themselves. Homosexuality? Where were these protesting types when the Commonwealth nations were here recently, 37 of which prohibit homosexuality? There were some protests but not on the scale we have seen for Trump. Trump is guilty of many things but he has not introduced stoning for homosexuality (yet!).
