As someone who has been following Guns all my life and been in the know about the behind the scenes stuff since the 2002 tour etc...I gotta say, I'm "innocent until proven guilty" usually....but did this even remotely surprise anyone here?.... Sadly Fernando has messed up time and time again in a number of ways with his unprofessional and entitled behaviour, so when I read it all this morning I kinda figured something like this was probably going on, ....and still the same thing keeps coming to mind, HOW a band the size and stature of Guns N Roses let's Fernando be manager I will never know, the guy seems completely inept at being able to do the job, and I personally wouldnt trust him to run my cake stand, ...could you ever imagine a band the size of Metallica, ACDC, Foos, Green Day etc letting their band be run this way?.... pure insanity!

Either way, I hope this leads to him leaving the position and we can get an actually professional outfit in charge who actually knows what they are doing, now wouldnt that be nice!

To me that  specific allegation is used to create a narrative about Fernando, while it sounds like something you would see on slashs Instagram or two friends sharing some humourous video on WhatsApp or in a group chat.

I think there's definitely some embellishment in Kat's case. However sounds like there's plenty other incidents to form a complaint against him

If he did, a lot of his other personal relationships might be thrown into chaos. Beta will obviously take Fernando's side, and I don't think that Axl could survive without her in his life (or maybe Axl thinks that he couldn't). He's never seen in public without Beta right at his side. That's a very powerful influence by itself. Vanessa, Fernando's sister, is his assistant who goes everywhere with him and handles nearly everything in his personal life for him. Half of his staff are just family members of Team Brazil. And he's very close with the children of the family, and losing access to them would be heartbreaking considering he doesn't have kids of his own.

This whole thing is a spiderweb that you can't untangle, and that is hard to escape.

Fernando and Team Brazil management need to be the center of this drama, we CANNOT let the media drag the band members into this and cancel GNR as a whole.

The media is going to snipe out past controversy to fuel the drama because it isn't the internet if the fireball doesn't keep building...

Also, absolutely not surprised Fernando is a creep, the only reason he isn't long gone is because Axl i'm sure is unaware of the media handling of the band, from zero promotion to zero release date transparency until the last minute, no fan interaction or accountability. The only time we know shit is actually happening is because it came straight from a member's mouth or on accident, there was no tour hype on youtube aside from a 30 second clip, Fernando cucking the fanbase to drain every penny he can, why release a good Illusions boxset in the first place when you can make the only "unheard" stuff in it, in the most expensive "ultra mega deluxe", and keep fans waiting for the endless future for the things the actually want but will never get.

Hell, you have bands like Metallica and Linkin Park putting out boxsets with the actual unheard demos, recording sessions, riff tapes, tons of live audio, everything they have into it because their management gets their fans, while Team Brazil makes it so much more expensive than those bands and with less content. They could have put all four nights of Inglewood 91, pro shot of Vegas 92 and Wembly 91, Worchester, Night 1 of Tokyo 92. TB could also have officially put Chicago, Philidelphia, Indiana, Rio 91, and the only reason we have them is technically unauthorized.
I mean think about it, for those who don't use youtube or the internet for bootlegs, which a fair amount of the 80s/90s fans probably dont, they'd never know of Chicago or Indiana concerts, they might have Tokyo 92 on VHS like I did before I got a computer when i was a kid, if you were lucky to come across a physical record store that had anything other than AFD, Lies, or Illusions on the shelf. I never even came across a Live Era CD back then, I didn't know half the shit that existed until I was able to go on youtube.

They know we will gobble up every scrap they hand out no matter the cost, so financially it makes sense to keep us guessing and prolong shit forever.

If Axl/gnr want to shield from bad publicity and save face,  then the right thing to do is immediately fire or stand down fernando and team brazil.
