Although I tend to go with the "innocent until proven", in cases like this, with so much detail, I find it hard to believe there isn't a burning fire underneath the pillars of smoke. And regardless, the band can't have these accusations over them even if settled outside of court or dismissed, Fernando needs to go regardless. I am like Cesar on this, "Caesar's wife must be above suspicion". Fernando must go.

I believe in her 100%. From the very little experience I had with him, he acted with others in a disrespectful manner. I can totally see him being exactly how Kat described.

And of course I agree, Fernando has to go.

Nothing will happen. She wants money. Also, everyone has the right to defense. It's better to wait for the trial to make any final judgments (see the Kevin Spacey case). the strange thing is that she made the accusation 7 years later - why didn't she do it in 2016?

I think it's important wherever the discussion ends up on this site that the thread name includes the allegations in the subject. I don't think anyone wants to inadvertently underplay the seriousness of this for the sake of keeping the home page tidy and keeping the large thread alive. As we've all seen with how some of these news outlets work, they'll be crawling this site for a scoop or anything at all to report. Probably best to be as upfront as possible about what's being discussed on this forum and in these threads. 

 

That's my two cents at least. There are going to be a lot of "outside" eyes reading these threads over the next few days and weeks.

Agreed, I wish he would drop them. I use to give Beta and her crew the benefit of the doubt, but the more I have learned it sounds like she knew what she was doing. She found someone who was lonely and mentally ill, who was also loaded. Who knows what goes on behind the scenes with her and Axl, its an odd relationship and makes me think nothing will sadly come from this lawsuit for Fernando
