GNRfan2008
Either it will be good or bad. Nothing in between. I could see the AC/DC material helping him improve his rasp for the GN'R shows. I could also see the AC/DC shows totally ruin his voice for the GN'R gigs. emybdc
What annoys me about this we could have GNR dates instead of acdc dates. I know it's only 10 dates but then again, it could be 10 GNR dates... In South America
OmarBradley
I just had three mobile chat apps, two forums, and two Facebook groups all within a period of 10 minutes showing notifications on my phone about this news.
Black Sabbath
Where did the statement come from? Odd they didn't post it on their website.
ZoSoRose
I am really happy for him, it's clear he loves ACDC
GibsonLP
Hopefully the rest of the band get some writing and recording done in this time
DanielCT
Hallelujah. Looks like I'm going to be seeing AC/DC. If anyone who has a ticket to NYC or Philly doesn't like Axl filling in, I do, and will gladly buy your ticket. Christ, this is turning into an expensive year. Gibson87
Axl's getting a lot of hate for this. I hope he goes out there and blows everyone away

tajandreas
I was hoping May was going to be either downtime/studio time for the band. Also for Axl to start rehab for his foot.. How are they going to work time for that in? Who knows, but I'm sure if I got offered by one of my main influences to front them on tour, I wouldn't hesitate either. Rock on! KURT19
What are the chances that he fronts both bands TONIGHT?!

MrSoftie
I bet Axl's fucking stoked. He's obviously a big AC/DC fan. What a year this is, can't fucking wait.

DIST
I really think they should've gone with Sebastian Bach...hope nothing happens that might put in danger the GUNS tour... Good luck with the AC/DC crowd Axl.

I get that but it's going to be a bitch to do lol. Even athletes don't travel when rehabbing to make things easier on them. But again, you can tell this means alot to him. Popular Post Evil Doer
worst fucking news possible. it's always 1 step forward 2 steps back. finally gets back with slash and duff.....puts on 3 killer shows. gets the most momentum going for guns in years.......and this bullshit. axl should be focusing on guns and only guns. work on an album while the fire is hot. i'm fucking pissed.
Crazyman
That statement almost confirms Brian is gone but that AC/DC is gonna continue in some fashion. Wonder who their permanent singer is gonna be? Also what a difference a year makes
