Conor Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I don't think I'd travel very far at all to see them anymore, especially the way things have gone the last few years. That said, I hope everyone who does go gets a good shot and hopefully there'll be something worth getting excited about for all of us. 1
gunsguy Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Dates?Stick with us and you'll be the first ta know 2
CharlieSheen Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Sweet, looks like 2014 will be interesting for Guns N' Roses, i hope they include an Irish date if they tour Europe again 1
batman007 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I am there for Vegas! Last time I went for two shows, going to try three this time. I have start saving my vacation and comp time at work. 1
Dariablue Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I would love to go to more than one show this time.
batman007 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I would love to go to more than one show this time. And you need to show me where to go after the show. 1
Jakey Styley Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 This is saddening but I am excited for the rest of the news.
T.wa.T Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 So this is more of a confirmation, because the rumor of a 2nd residency in Vegas has been floating around for awhile now. Maybe a month or so.
Gordon Comstock Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 If they don't tour the US/Canada before Vegas, I'll probably try for 4 shows depending on the schedule. But I really hope they tour UCAP style in the NW.

March-April tour Mexico-SA and play GD, Silkworms, The General and an additional UYI/CD song.Fuck yea
karen corbran Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 come to Australia please...US is so far away!!!
magisme Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Unless Axl's voice is fixed, and unless there's new music, I don't give a fuck. This has been going on too long. 3
themadcaplaughs Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 So we're now happy Guns N' Roses is a Vegas act? This board confuses me.
Powerage5 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 So we're now happy Guns N' Roses is a Vegas act? This board confuses me. Other bands have been doing Vegas residencies lately too. They're successful.
Gordon Comstock Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I'm hoping *new* songs gets Axl out of autopilot a bit and he comes out with better vocals/performances. 1
gunsguy Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 So we're now happy Guns N' Roses is a Vegas act? This board confuses me. If they are gonna do some gigs, Vegas IMO is one of the best places. You get people from around the world there, that is alot of exposure
magisme Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 (edited) So we're now happy Guns N' Roses is a Vegas act? This board confuses me. They reduce our expectations little by little, and all of a sudden we step back and realize that we're in a place we never could have imagined. Edited December 11, 2013 by magisme 1
TeeJay410 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Even Mötley Crüe and the Bret michaels experience still sells out arenas. Nothing wrong with a residency, even for a second run, but frankly it is hard to swallow that a band that could have been the next Rolling Stones ended up being Wayne Newton.
