Rovim
When I'm drunk I'm brutally honest a lot of the times. Maybe Pitman is the same. I think he might be feeling a little left out and under appreciated. Perhaps threatened by Slash. Edited March 4, 2016 by Rovim

He obviously isn't very mature and definitely naive if he didn't think Slash and Duff walking back into the picture meant he will be taking a step back or be listened to less.

And maybe that rubbed him the wrong way because it wasn't his choice? Just maybe? Obviously something happened internally that pissed him off. And honestly, if Slash and Duff really do have any say in band decisions, I just can't see them wanting the guy in. At least not for live shows. Especially Slash. Shit, Slash didn't even have a keyboardist for his own shows for songs like Civil War and such. I can't imagine him vibing with a guy adding fucked up, B-rated porn noises to Jungle and Rocket Queen for no apparent reason. Even if they do play 1 or 2 CD songs, then what? And even then, Dizzy can do that shit just by the press of a button. The guy's utterly useless for these shows. I just don't see the point. And they probably didn't either. Good point. I just figured since they did have teddy zig zag and seeing as he was included in so many videos and what not that keeping pitman on board might not have been a big deal to them. Like I said, whether he stays or goes I could care less. If him leaving frees up some money to help put things over with Izzy and gets Izzy paid and involved, I'm on board. Given what others have said about his contributions behind the scenes/in the studio, there might have been a place for him in production/offstage at some point. I'd still bet that the band had intended for him to possibly be involved, probably part of the reason they didn't wanna say anything. Motley crue had extras help with their sound. Aerosmith does every night. I would be willing to bet GNR rehearsed with and without pitman and probably realized that they're still good enough that they don't need him to help cover up any mistakes. Honestly, it seems the most logical since all signs point to him staying involved. I don't think him randomly venting drunk was the nail in the coffin

-W.A.R-
Pitman has to be done unless Axl has turned into a total softy this would be something that would have pissed Axl off and ate at him for years

Ignore him. Like I did at all Nu-GNR gigs.. I've gotten pretty good at that. I even went as far as ignoring everyone but Axl at later show's. Made the whole thing more enjoyable to me.
