Voodoochild Posted November 4, 2022 Share Posted November 4, 2022 Anyways: Better - Robin solo (but I love Bucket's leads with the sweep picking from hell just before it) Street of Dreams - Robin solo If the World - Bucket's acoustic and electric solos This I Love - Robin solo (pretty much the only thing I like in this song) IRS - Bucket solo The whole album is full of amazing guitar work, even if it's buried in the mix. Like those "jazz chords" in Riad's chorus, or the various IRS slow part full of tasteful guitar licks. I do like Bumble's solo in Shacklers and Scraped, but I can't say it's among the best ones of the album. Robin is the GOAT to me. And I think Bucket's solo in TWAT is very good, but overrated. I just kinda cheated and counted both TWAT solos as one. In the leaked '06 version the last note Robin plays in the solo is sustained for much longer.
