Most of these people (though, with obvious exceptions) started off as reasonable people who may have had a vitriolic take here or there have transformed into something completely unrecognizable. The enjoyment and value they took in shit-posting took on a momentum of its own to the point where they become what they initially pretended to be. Now it's filled with a handful of angry, bitter, transgressive people who take everything personally and revels in the misery of others. Ten years on and they're still hung up on this place and me particularly. It's really weird but it's a pattern of behaviour seen in a lot of online communities. But to each their own, and if that's what they want to do with their limited time on this earth, so be it. I'm just thankful that this community moved on from it. We might not be as large as we once were, but I think I can speak for the entire mod staff (and hopefully the rest of community) that I'd rather have a smaller, well functioning community than a larger toxic cesspool. In the end, people have options. They can post here, on Facebook, other forums. If a day comes when few or no one is interested in using this platform to talk Guns, I'll move the forum to archive only so people can still read it if they want and we'll all move on. Hope you ain't in Palestine mate. Last time i spoke to him he lived in London so he's probably ok however.
