Powerage5 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 My most frequent is meat hot sauce, which is a Rochester specialty. It's basically a spicy, finely minced ground beef. Quote

DieselDaisy Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 They are called chips, not fries, and salt and vinegar is the correct condiment. Anything else is simply sacrilege. 1 Quote

username Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 (edited) Paupers.Mayonaise is the bare minimum. Ketchup is just plain silly. Other than that: Patatje Oorlog (Fries War) - Big fries (not the stupid skinny french fries) with mayonaise and peanut (sate) sauce, optionally with chopped onions.Patat Speciaal (Fries Special) - Big fries (not the stupid skinny french fries) with mayonaise, curry sauce (curry ketchup) and chopped onions. Raspatat Pinda - "Ras" fries (made differently, pressed from potatoe powder instead of cut from potatoes) with either mayonaise or peanut (sate) sauce: Edited October 14, 2015 by username 1 Quote
