I still like to think the real Izzy gives no fucks about any of this. Here's a wild idea. Maybe the real Izzy lost his iPhone (or more likely it was stolen). Maybe there was no locks on it and someone now has all his contacts & photos & email & shit? This gets more fucked up by the minute...
