I'm sure they are, just not something I'd do. That sort of 'finding out where they're staying, finding out what flight they're on' stuff just seems a bit intrusive to me. As you say though, if it bothered them they wouldn't do it. But the fact Slash and Duff didn't stop suggests that they both weren't too keen on it. Or air pressure. I have to wear special earplugs in the plane too. Otherwise my ears hurt during take-off and landing enormously! For example, Fortus was walking and talking with somebody else when he stopped at the hotel door, so we stayed quiet until he finished talking, unfortunatelly when we called him he just walked into the hotel completelly ignoring us, if he had said something like "sorry guys, I need to go inside" or anything I would have been ok with it, they have their right not to take pictures or sign, but his manners got me a bit upset. I met Richard years ago, he stayed out and talked for a decent amount of time, took pictures and gave everyone guitar picks... I mean he definitely was cranky when my friend failed to get his phone to work 3 times in a row for a picture, but he was polite and did the pictures and signed everything. I might have caught him on a good day, or you might have caught him on a bad day.
