If you think the quotes are AI generated, how does one of them appear on his official website then? Because it does, but yet no one is aware of that one, even the most hardcore fans.

As someone said earlier, it's possible that the Axl website is still under development, and the PR team or whoever has been putting it together may have just googled for Axl quotes and came across that Bookey site/app.

The Bookey app looks scam like. Supposedly provides summaries and quotes from books for people who don't have time to read, lol. And their supposed "team" of people is probably really just AI.

Because whoever got the job to make this first draft of the text content is not a hardcore fan and just google for content.

As sad as this sounds that would be on par for the course of half-ass jobs that GNR world continues to take part in. Literally doing 0 research and putting FAKE quotes of the person whose website you were just paid to launch. Incredible

As much as I hope he’s finally releasing an autobiography, I can’t wait for it to be something truly disappointing like a merch line or an NFT collection

There's absolutely nothing suggesting it's about an autobiography, since it turned out that the book related site the (fake) quote is from is irrelevant and a scam.

But even if it's just about merch, I think it's positive that he's finally doing something under his own name.

Did Axl have an old website?

He didn't. It was a music site called Spinner and the interview was also on the official GN'R site:

https://www.a-4-d.com/t6-2009-02-27-axl-rose-interview-with-spinner-magazine

(We have everything and more on a-4-d, so why look further?)

I find it odd that Live Nation is behind the site unless it is somehow related to a solo tour, be that music performances or a book tour. Even though Live Nation has a artist management arm, it does only seem to be in relations to tour management etc…

Yes, I am aware exactly how this sounds, and how EXTREMELY unlikely it is that Axl would do a solo tour of any capacity. It is still strange though :shrugs:

The liner notes on AFD had a random quote as well that no one knew what it meant:"with your bitch slap rappin and your cocaine tongue, you get nothing done"...its a stretch, but maybe those quotes (Ihaven;t looked at them) are new lyrics?

The quotes on that site (not just the Axl ones) are just fake, probably AI generated. So no, they're not lyrics.
