Axl probably thought he could buy or bullshit his way out of releasing the dvd, like many nuGNR video releases before, which is why it took 2 years for it to come out, but at some point he said 'fuck it' and allowed that show to be released... It's entirely possible this was made years ago though. That isn't uncommon at all in cartoons. They are not always shown in the order they are made. Yes the other thing is the new looney tunes is also named wabbit still in some countries which makes it even more challenging to find.
