Exactly, the song is way, way over produced. The piano shredding underneath the vocal is a prime example of 'we can do anything, lets do everything!'

I'm not sure why anyone is calling Catcher overproduced, when the entire album is overproduced. That can't really be a knock on any of these songs, unless you wanna vote out the entire album at once.

This I Love again. It's cheese, and Axl has written a plethora of better ballads.

TIL is obviously a good song, it was one of the highlights live for many years and regularly got great pops from the crowd even though they didn't know the song. In an album with CITR, Rhiad, Scraped and maybe even I.R.S (good songjust didn't capture the live energy) TIL is a clear standout.

It's a ballad, a good one. Who could come up with a rock ballad like this in the 2008? Not so many bands I guess.

Axl's vocal approach on TIL is definitely one of the better one's on CD imo.
