Axls choice of vocals was a little strange during that time. He was definitely trying to reinvent himself as a singer. It did make for a great buildup into the rasp, though. It has cool groove. I would like to hear less industrial. I think Slash and Duff can work this song to make it more GNR. This song has such a heavy vibe; love the instruments and Axl's vocals at the end. When I listened to Perhaps the first time I instantly loved it.
