RussTCB
On an ordinary dayNot in an ordinary wayAll at once the song I heardNo longer would it playFor anybodyOr anyoneThat needed comfort from somebodyNeeded comfort from someoneWho cared to beNot like youAnd unlike meAnd then the voices went awayFrom meSomehow you set the wheels in motionThat haunt our memoriesYou were the instrumentYou were the oneHow a body took a bodyYou gave that boy a gunYou took our innocenceBehind our staresSometimes the only thing we counted onWhen no-one else was thereThat's my favorite part of my least favorite song on CD. I've actually listened to that song just to get to that part before.I always loved the bit where he comes in on 14 Years.Abso-fucking-utely

Sleep
The end of Coma is full of them, as is the second half of YCBM. I really like the "children hiding in a closet" part in Breakdown. End of Civil War is great too.I really like his voice on Angel Down. In those couple of lines he sounds more like Axl Rose than on anything he sang on CD.That's just a complete mindfuck as far as I'm concerned."Peeling the layers of emotions away" is one of the best Axl vocal lines I've ever heard. He sounds insanely good on his few lines on Stuck Inside. He's a goddamn beast on Stuck Inside. Especially when he's humming the melody aggressively at the end. The scream is badass too. Could very well be the best he's ever sounded.I always liked:"So many seem so lonely with no one left to cry to baby". He really kicks it up a notch. That whole end part of Coma is amazing as well. liers
From Stuck inside (Bach's song):"Peeling the layers of emotion aside."The ending part of CITR.And from Coma"And I wish that I could help youWith what you hope to findBut I'm still out here waitingWatching reruns of my lifeWhen you reach the point of breakingKnow it's gonna take some timeTo heal those broken memoriesThat another man would needJust to survive" And from OMG"Oh my godI can't deny thisI've been taught just to murder and fight thisTo bury it deeper where no one can find itCuz nobody wouldn't know Ooh, if it opens your eyesThis is better than a good compromiseI was willing to be lost in the shuffleIf only you had let me know" Edited April 30, 2015 by liers

Graeme
"Welcome to the Jungle, it gets worse here everyday"On the record, I think it's got a much better flow than any live version I've heard where he tends to do:"Welcome to the Jungle (breath) gets worse here everyday"It doesn't quite have the same sense of groove and menace... Came here to post that line from Stuck Inside.Damn it, Now I'm pissed off that CD is filled with "nanalaladadas" and wimpy songs instead of stuff like his Angel Down contributions. Mendez
TWAT:"It was a bargain for the summer and i thought I had it all.I was the one who gave you everything."The way he sings it (the lowering of notes, especially on "for the summer) just makes it sound so sad and I love itI also like his voice on the demos of the title track (where his harmonies are mostly not there). The way he sings the verses has a sarcastic quality to it (which he has never sang the same way live ever), and the chorus sounds so angry
