Axl Kev Posted July 12, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted July 12, 2023 I was lucky enough to be in attendance to book end a fantastic trip to Italy with my wife before heading back to the USA. I saw GN'R in 2006 at the Hammersmith Apollo and a multitude of times since. I've never seen Axl sound better, look better, enjoy himself more and the band be this fantastic (especially Duff). The setlist was fantastic and I'd never seen There Was A Time before (it was great) but weirdly I left thinking Patience was the song that stole the evening. I haven't seen them for a couple of years so hearing Mr. Brownstone made me realize how amazing it is to see them live.
